Preschool can be a fantastic place! With well-educated and committed staff, it’s an environment tailored to small children’s needs and a place where there’s friends to play with.
However, there are children that don’t feel good about their preschool, who are never asked to join in with others’ games, and who are made to feel invisible in different ways. Legislation is clear: this is something the teachers in the preschool must actively work to prevent. Where people gather there is always a risk that discrimination, harassment and other acts of intimidation may occur. Therefore, it’s important that preschools act before there is an issue. This is where Friends can be a support.
Together we can create a safer preschool!
