All preschools must develop a fair and equal treatment plan and a plan to combat harassment and other acts of intimidation.
The aim is to further fair and equal treatment, to prevent discrimination, harassment and other acts of intimidation, and also to develop routines for dealing with these issues, should something occur. Achieving this requires knowledge, experience and commitment.
Friends helps your preschool start and develop active and long-term preventative measures based on current legislation. We engage, inspire, provide knowledge and concrete advice. We also give tips on how you can develop your fair and equal treatment work. We support you in succeeding by helping to find a clearer structure for your work, daring to see your own roles and questioning ingrained patterns and behaviours.
